Originally founded in 1972, Silver Oak is synonymous with premium Cabernet Sauvignon sourced from California's top AVAs, and to this day their wines remain staples in steakhouses and fine dining restaurants all over the world.  For the first time in over two decades, the team at Silver Oak has launched a new brand called Timeless that turns their famous winemaking philosophy on its head.  While Silver Oak's iconic Alexander Valley and Napa Valley cuvees are made from 100% Cabernet Sauvignon aged exclusively in American oak, Timeless is a Bordeaux-style blend that is aged in French oak, giving the wine a more restrained fruit profile with higher acidity than the Silver Oak bottlings.  Timeless is sourced from Soda Canyon Ranch, an estate comprised of six vineyards in the Atlas Peak AVA that has historically served as the basis for Silver Oak's Napa Valley cuvee.  Timeless just debuted in the market with the release of the 2017 vintage, and we expect this wine to garner a great deal of attention in the coming months.  Contact us today and we'll be happy to track it down for you.  Cheers!
