Since taking over his family’s estate in 1993, Christophe Perrot‐Minot has firmly established himself as one of Burgundy’s elite vignerons, producing minute quantities of intense, ageworthy Pinot Noir from some of the finest vineyards in the Côte de Nuits. Among Christophe’s many innovations at the domaine are an extremely rigorous sorting process designed to keep yields to a minimum, along with a pursuit of elegance in the finished wines achieved through reduced extraction and a low percentage of new oak.
