Blue Chip Wines from Araujo Estate

If the United States had a classification system similar to that of Bordeaux, the Eisele Vineyard in Calistoga would certainly be named a First Growth. After purchasing the site in 1990, proprietors Bart and Daphne Araujo displayed an almost fanatical commitment to realizing its full potential, employing the intensive farming practices of biodynamics and working with some of the most prolific winemakers of the era including Tony Soter, Mia Klein, and consultant Michel Rolland. In 2013, the winery (now simply called Eisele Vineyards) was purchased by the owners of Chateau Latour who redoubled the commitment to producing benchmark wines of the highest caliber. Estate Wine Brokers is proud to present an offering of Araujo's Eisele Cabernet along with their outstanding second wine Altagracia:

Araujo Eisele Vineyard Cabernet Sauvignon 2012 750ml (WA 97)

Araujo Eisele Vineyard Cabernet Sauvignon 2012 1500ml (WA 97)

Araujo Eisele Vineyard Cabernet Sauvginon 2013 750ml (WA 99)

Araujo "Altagracia" Red Blend 2012 (WA 91)

Araujo "Altagracia" Red Blend 2013 (WA 93)

Now that the estate is firmly under the control of Latour, we believe that prices will increase in future vintages, making the current releases especially attractive to investors and serious collectors.
