2015 Grand Crus from Domaine Faiveley

In 1825, Pierre Faiveley founded the company that now bears the name Domaine Faiveley as a classic négociant firm. Through the work of seven successive generations, the family has become one of the largest owners of classified vineyards in all of Burgundy, with holdings totaling 331 acres, an astonishing 30 of which are Grand Cru. These vast landholdings give the family complete control from vine to bottle across their entire range of wines, and today, the Domaine is renowned for polished, collectable reds that show Pinot Noir at its very best. Faiveley’s Grand Crus receive exceptionally high scores year after year, and Estate Wine Brokers is proud to present a limited offering of 2015s that includes a rare double magnum built for long term aging:

Domaine Faiveley Echezeaux En Orveaux Grand Cru 2015 - $259 each

"So perfumed and floral on the nose with dark fruit underneath it all...Full-bodied and very dense yet so agile and bright at the same time. I really like the contrast to this wine."

Domaine Faiveley Mazis-Chambertin Grand Cru 2015 3000ml - $1,495
