
Ai Suma in Piedomtese dialect means "Here we are". The Barbera d'Asti di Braida wine is produced only in particularly favorable years and which represents a sort of apex of the company. A unique Barbera for fabric, vinified in steel and left to mature for about 15 months in French oak barrels, followed by a further year of aging in bottle. The Barbera d'Asti DOCG “Ai Suma” by Braida di Giacomo Bologna is an intense and elegant red, capable of defying the passage of time like perhaps no other Barbera d'Asti.
