<p>'<span>In the late 1940&rsquo;s Domaine Joseph Voillot was born. Joseph began bottling his own wines which until then had been sold to the large n&eacute;gociants in Beaune. His son-in-law, former oenology professor Jean-Pierre Charlot from the Lycee Viticole in Beaune, took over the business in the 1990s and built upon the good reputation of this great Volnay domaine established by Joseph.'</span></p>
